Cut cheese and salami into small cubes.

ボウルに(A)を入れ、泡だて器で混ぜ合わせる。
よく冷えた生クリームを加えて、カードで軽く混ぜ1を加えて更に混ぜる。
粉っぽさが残った状態で作業台の上に生地を出す。
カードを使って生地を平らにする→半分にカットして上に乗せ、カードで押して平らにするを3~4回繰り返す。 -
