Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 02:00

    Cut out the core of the cabbage and shred it.
    Cut the pork belly slices in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    豚バラ薄切り肉と卵に火が通ったら上のラップを外す。
    下のラップを手で持ち、半分に折りたたむ。
    キッチンペーパーを被せ、手で形を整える。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 05:07

    3をお皿に移し、(A)をトッピングしたら完成。
