Ingredients
- tomato : 2-3 pieces (300g)
- 豚こま肉 : 200g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 黒コショウ : 適量

- 生姜 : 1片

- (A)酒 : 大さじ1

- ごま油 : 小さじ1

Mince the garlic and ginger.
Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into 1cm cubes.
Cut the pork belly into 2 cm cubes.
Sprinkle the pork sesame with salt and black pepper to season. -

Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and heat.
Fry over high heat while loosening the pork sesame meat.
When the pork sesame meat is about 70% cooked, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry.

Point
Be careful not to cut the tomatoes too small or they will melt.
・Before adding the combined seasoning in step 3, mix again and dissolve the potato starch to prevent lumps.

・Pork sesame meat can be substituted with minced meat.
