Put unsalted butter in a pan and heat over medium heat.

Add the cake flour while sifting into a bowl and mix.
Add 1 burnt butter to a bowl and mix. -

Cook twice in rice cooking mode. -

Point
・When you heat unsalted butter and the bubbles turn brown, you can make burnt butter.
・When cooling the unsalted butter, cool it until it becomes lukewarm water.
・Be sure to sieve while adding soft flour.
・Do not use the impurities at the bottom of the burnt butter.
・If your rice cooker has cake mode, bake in cake mode.
・After cooking once in a rice cooker, check the doneness with a toothpick and cook twice in total.
