- 豚ばら肉 : 60g
- きゅうり : 1/3本
- ゆで卵 : 1個
- キムチ : 60g
- (A)鶏がらスープの素 : 小さじ1と1/2
- (A)冷水 : 180㏄
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
- (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
- (A)酢 : 大さじ1
- (A)レモン汁 : 小さじ1/2
- (A)旨み調味料 : 2振り
- (A)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- 酢(茹でる用) : 小さじ2

下準備をする

豚ばら肉を4等分に切る。
ゆで卵は半分に切る。 -

器に(A)を入れよく混ぜる。
冷蔵庫で冷やす。 -

そうめんを茹でる

Boil water in a pot and add vinegar (for boiling) when it boils.
Add somen noodles and boil for 2 minutes.
After 1 minute, add 1 pork belly and boil together.
Boil for 2 minutes, then drain and rinse with running water.
Cool well with ice water and drain. -

器に盛り付けをする

Add the somen noodles from step 3 to the soup from step 2, then add the pork belly.
Finished with 1 cucumber, boiled egg and kimchi.
Point
・By adding 2 teaspoons of vinegar (for boiling) to 1 liter of hot water, the boiling water becomes acidic and the texture of somen noodles improves.
・Rinse the somen and pork ribs together under running water and cool in ice water.
・It's delicious even if you add chili oil to change the taste.
