Make an incision starting from the fatty side.
Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife and chop it into large coarse pieces. -

にんにくが色づいたら一旦取り出し、豚肩ロース厚切り肉を入れて焼く。
焼き色がついたら裏返し、にんにくを戻して2を加えて絡めながら煮詰める。
とろみがついたら完成。
