- 油揚げ : 2枚

- (A)鰹粉 : 4g
- (A)旨み調味料 : 7振り
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1

にんじんを縦半分に切り、スライスしたものを並べて千切りにする。
油揚げを細切りにする。
ちくわは斜め切りにする。 -

Put 2 cups of rice in the pot and grind it.
Add water up to the 2 cup line.
Add (A) and mix lightly, then add the ingredients from step 1 and cook in a rice cooker. -

Point
・If you don't have bonito flakes, you can heat bonito flakes in the microwave and grind them into powder.
・Bonito powder and umami seasoning glutamic acid combine to create a delicious soup stock.
・To change the flavor, add yuzu pepper to taste.
・Time required for cooking in a rice cooker is not included.
