Ingredients
- garlic : 1 piece
- Yuzu pepper (pre-order) : 3cm(小さじ1/2)
- オリーブオイル : 大さじ2
- 水 : 350ml
- めんつゆ : 大さじ2
- パスタ : 100g
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
- バター : 5g
- Yuzu pepper (for later use) : 3cm(小さじ1/2)
- 鰹節 : 2〜4g
- 七味唐辛子 : 適量

Crush the garlic with a knife and remove the sprouts.

Add olive oil, 1, and yuzu pepper (for pre-use) to a frying pan.
Heat over low heat.
When the garlic is colored, add mentsuyu and water and bring to a boil.
Put the pasta into the skillet.
Cook while moving until the liquid is gone.
Turn off the heat, add butter, mayonnaise, and yuzu pepper (for later use) and mix. -

Point
・It can be made with one frying pan.
・ Quantity for 1 person.
・The mentsuyu is doubled.
・Yuzu pepper is used in a tube, but you can also use bottled yuzu pepper.
・Although 1.7mm pasta is used in the video, try to use 1.6mm to 1.8mm pasta.
・You can enhance the aroma by adding yuzu pepper in two batches.
・Sprinkle shichimi chili pepper if you like.
