- eggplant : Two
- ニラ : 40g
- (A) minced meat : 150g
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (B) mayonnaise : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Katakuriko : 小さじ2
- (B) Soy sauce : 小さじ2
- (B) grated ginger : 小さじ1/2
- (B) grated garlic : 小さじ1/2
- 揚げ油 : 適量
- (C) potato starch : 大さじ2
- (C) soft flour : 50g
- 水 : 100ml
- Mayonnaise (for coating) : 大さじ1/2
- ベーキングパウダー : 小さじ1/2

Cut off both ends of the eggplant and slice with a peeler.
Put the eggplants in a bowl of water.
Cut the leek into 1 cm wide pieces. -

5の巻き終わりを下にして入れ、触らずに1分ほど揚げる。
裏返し、1分ほど揚げる。
転がしながら3分ほど揚げ、衣に色がついたら取り出す。
3分ほど油を切り、お皿に盛って完成。
Point
・Use long eggplants so that they are easy to roll.
・Chives can be substituted with small green onions.
・If you don't have a peeler in step 1, you can slice the eggplant thinly with a knife or use a slicer.
・It is a good idea not to put meatballs at the end of step 3.
・For frying oil in step 6, use about 1 cm from the bottom of the frying pan.
