- eggplant : 2 (200g)
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Garlic tube : 2cm
- (A) Ginger tube : 2cm
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Japanese style dashi : 小さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ4
