Ingredients

  • ご飯 : 2合(約650g)
  • 小松菜 : 200g
  • しらす : 30g
  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ2
  • (A)みりん : 小さじ2
  • (A)味噌 : 小さじ1/2
  • (A)だしの素 : 小さじ1/2
  • 白胡麻 : 大さじ1
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:43

    Cut off the base of the komatsuna and wash off any dirt from the base with water (not included in the recipe).
    Wipe off any excess water with kitchen paper and cut the stems into 1cm pieces.
    Cut the leaves lengthwise into 3-4 equal parts, then cut into 1cm widths.
    Separate the cut komatsuna into stems and leaves.

  2. 2) 炒める 03:22

    フライパンにごま油をひき、1の茎の部分を入れて中火で炒める。
    1分ほど炒めたら、しらすを加え混ぜ合わせる。
    1の葉の部分を入れる。
    葉の部分に火が通ってきたら、(A)を加えて炒め合わせる。
    白ごまを加え、水分が飛ぶまで強めの中火で炒めたら火を止める。

  3. 3) 仕上げる 04:49

    2の中へ、ご飯を入れてよく混ぜ合わせたら完成。

Point

・You can use any miso you like, but in the video we use a mixed miso with dashi.
・Rinse the komatsuna and wipe off any excess water.
-If you don't want to mix the rice in the frying pan, add the stir-fried ingredients to the bowl with the rice and mix.
-If you are making it into onigiri, you can also mix in some 1cm cubes of cheese as an alternative.
・Can also be frozen.
