1をジップ袋に移し、(A)を加えて口を閉じよく揉み込む。
冷蔵庫で一晩漬けたら完成。
Point
・In step 1, peel the skin of the cucumber in stripes with a peeler.
・You can omit the hawk's claws if you like, but if you add a small amount, the flavor will be firmer and the dish will be more delicious.
・In step 2, it is good to knead well so that the taste is absorbed.
