Ingredients
- Potatoes : 2 pieces
- Salt (for hot water) : 1 teaspoon

Preparing the Potatoes

Peel the potatoes.
Thinly slice the potatoes using a slicer and place in a bowl.
Add water (not included in the recipe) to a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes. -

Drain 1 in a colander and rinse with water (not included in the recipe).
Fill a pot with water (not included in the recipe) and bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the rinsed potatoes.
Add salt (for the water).
Boil for 20 seconds, then drain in a colander.
Spread the potatoes on kitchen paper and remove any excess moisture. -

Add oil (not included in the recipe) to a pan and heat to 150°C.
Add 2 and fry on both sides over medium-low heat.
Once fried and browned, drain in a colander to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle salt (for sprinkling) and it's done.
