Add the pancake mix and knead with a rubber spatula until the mixture is no longer powdery and forms a lump.
Transfer to a piping bag. -

天板に敷いたクッキングシートの上に細めに絞り、表面に油を塗る。
180度に余熱したオーブンで15～20分焼いたら完成。
Point
・If the silken tofu is left with moisture, the dough will become loose, so drain it well.
・If you mix silken tofu well until there are no lumps, the tofu smell will disappear.
・When transferring to a piping bag, it is easier to transfer if you put the piping bag in a cup and transfer.
・If you squeeze it out thickly and bake it without applying oil, it will become a baked donut, so be careful.
・If you like, you can sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
