- レタス : 170g
- きゅうり : 60g
- 長ねぎ : 25g

- (A) Soy sauce : 1 and 1/2 tbsp
- (A)こめ油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)ごま油 : 小さじ2
- (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
- (A)うま味調味料 : 7振り

Procedure

Put (A) and grated garlic in a heat-resistant container, rub the sesame seeds with your fingers, and mix well.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 40 seconds and mix well with a whisk to emulsify.
Chill in refrigerator. -

長ねぎを縦半分に切り、斜めに切る。
レタスをちぎってザルに入れて水洗いし、水気を切った後キッチンペーパーで拭き取る。 -

ザルでレタスと長ねぎとキュウリを混ぜ合わせてから、お皿に盛る。
1を再度泡だて器でよく混ぜ、上からら回しかけたら完成。
Point
- Sunflower oil may be used instead of rice bran oil.
・If you use sesame oil for all the oil, it will be too verbose, so it is better to use two types of oil.
・By heating the dressing in the microwave, the spiciness of the garlic will subside.
・When lettuce is torn by hand, the cross section becomes uneven and the dressing tends to get entangled.
・If the lettuce is wilted, soak it in ice water.
・When draining the lettuce, put a bowl over the colander and shake it.
・If you don't like the spiciness of long onions, soak them in water.
・You can eat it with seaweed to change the taste.
