- しょうが : 2㎝
- にんにく : 2㎝
- 醤油 : 大さじ1/2
- 塩 : 適量
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- 長ねぎ : 10㎝
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ3
- (A)酢 : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)ごま油 : 小さじ1
- いりごま : 大さじ1
- 豆もやし : 1袋

Spread the chicken breast and stretch the skin.
Cut open along the crease to even thickness.
Rub the ginger and garlic into the open side, and spread the soy sauce.
Cover with plastic wrap, then flip over, sprinkle salt only on the skin side, and sprinkle potato starch on top.

Warm the bean sprouts in the microwave or boil for 1 minute and keep warm. -
