Ingredients
- minced chicken thigh : 250g
- 長ネギ : 1/3本
- 生姜 : 1片
- (A) salt and pepper : 少々
- (A)酒 : 少々
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- 卵 : 1個
- パン粉 : 大さじ4~大さじ5
- ごま油 : 少々
- 白菜 : 適量
- (B) water : 300cc
- (B) Liquor : 50cc
- 中華スープの素 : 小さじ2
- soy sauce (for soup) : 少々

Place the ground chicken thigh, (A), egg and bread crumbs in that order in a bowl and knead by hand.
Add sesame oil and knead well.
Chop the green onion.
Grate the ginger with the skin on.
Add spring onions and ginger to the bowl and mix well. -

Separate the leaves and cores of the Chinese cabbage.
Cut the core into strips.
Roughly chop the leaves. -

Put (B) in a clay pot and bring to a boil.
Add Chinese soup base and soy sauce (for soup) in that order, and mix each time.
Divide 1 into 3 equal parts, shape each into a ball, add to the pot, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Remove the scum, add 2, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with black pepper (not listed) and serve on a plate to complete.
Point
・In addition to Chinese cabbage, you can add tofu or your favorite vegetables.
・By adding bread crumbs to the meatballs in step 1, it becomes softer.
・Grate as much ginger as you like in Step 2.
・Chicken consommé or Japanese-style dashi stock can be substituted for the Chinese soup base.
・You can arrange it by adding udon and eggs to the finished product.
