Ingredients
- chili pepper : 1 to 2
- (A) lemon juice : 大さじ2
- (A) Honey : 大さじ2
- (A) fish sauce : 大さじ2
- 春雨 : 70g
- むき海老 : 200g
- 豚ひき肉 : 150g
- 新玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- ミニトマト : 5~6個
- パクチー : 1~2株
- (B)塩 : 少々
- (B)片栗粉 : 適量
- (C)紹興酒 : 少々
- (C)塩 : 少々

4を入れて、1を大さじ1加えて混ぜる。
2を入れて、1を大さじ1加えてほぐす。
残りの1を加えて、パクチーを入れて完成。
Point
・Be sure to squeeze fresh lemon juice.
・If you don't like spicy food, remove the seeds when chopping the peppers.
・Adjust the amount of chilies according to their size.
・If you don't like coriander, you can use radish sprouts, celery, trefoil, and garland chrysanthemum.
・If you like, add minced garlic to step 1.
・If step 1 is too sour, you can add honey.
・It is better if the peeled shrimp is large. Cut in half if necessary.
・When rubbing the peeled shrimp in step 2, you can add a little water if there is no moisture.
・Slice the new onions thinly, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the coriander stem into small pieces, and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
If you don't have fresh onions, use red onions.
・Domestic vermicelli is recommended.
・When boiling peeled shrimp, remove the scum. Do not bring to a boil.
・Drain the vermicelli well with kitchen paper.
