- 揚げ玉 : 大さじ2
- めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) : 小さじ1

Place the cut mochi and enough water to submerge the cut mochi in a heat-resistant bowl.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute to 1 minute and 10 seconds. -

Transfer the cut mochi from step 1 to a plate.
Place the fried egg on top of the cut mochi.
Add mentsuyu.
Finally, add the green onions and it's done.
Point
・When heating in the microwave, leave the plastic wrap open about 1/3 of the heat-resistant bowl.
・If using a 500w microwave, heat for 1 minute 12 seconds to 1 minute 24 seconds.
・Cut the green onions for the topping with kitchen scissors on top of the rice cake, which will reduce the amount of washing up and save time.
