- きゅうり : 1本
- みょうが : 2個
- ミニトマト : 6〜8個
- 生姜 : 1〜2かけ
- (A) Noodle soup : 100ml
- (A) water : 300ml
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ2〜3
- (A) white ground sesame : 大さじ1
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- 白すりごま(仕上げ用) : 適量
