- (A)白だし : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/4

Place the enoki mushrooms in a heat-resistant bowl while cutting them into 2 cm wide pieces with kitchen scissors, leaving the stalks.

ラップを外して軽く混ぜ、(B)を加えて軽く混ぜる。 -

Point
