Ingredients
- 春雨 : 60g
- ハム : 4枚
- きゅうり : 1/2本
- にんじん : 40g
- 卵 : 1個
- お水 : 大さじ1
- サラダ油 : 適量
- (A) sugar : a pinch
- (A) salt : ひとつまみ
- (B) Vinegar : 大さじ2
- (B) Oyster sauce : 小さじ1
- 砂糖 : 大さじ2
- しょうゆ : 大さじ2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 白ゴマ : 大さじ1

Procedure

Boil vermicelli

Boil the vermicelli.
Drain and rinse with cold water. -

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add water and mix.
Add (A) and mix well.
Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat for 30 seconds.
Pour in the eggs and spread them all over.
Bake on high heat for 10 seconds.
Turn off heat and wait 1 minute.
Flip the egg over and cook for 15 seconds over medium heat.
Take a rough fever. -

3とごま油を入れて、よく混ぜる。
Point
・Boil the vermicelli for 1 minute longer than the indicated boiling time.
・By adding water to the egg and stretching the protein, it has a soft texture.
・In step 2, put salad oil in a frying pan and spread it thinly.
・Cut the cucumber into 5 mm pieces and wipe off the moisture with kitchen paper.
・Peel the carrot and cut it into small pieces. Also cut the ham.
・When making kinshi-tamago in step 3, roll it from the front, cut it in half, and cut it into thin strips with the cut ends aligned.
・In step 4, the oyster sauce tends to clump, so add the vinegar in two batches and mix.
