- bean sprouts : 200g
- 豚ひき肉 : 110g
- ニンニク : 5g
- 生姜 : 5g
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- ラード : 小さじ2
- (A) water : 130cc
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/3
- (A) Katakuriko : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Chicken glass soup : 小さじ1
- (A) black pepper : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- ラー油 : 適量
- 小ネギ : 適量

Grate garlic and ginger in a frying pan.
Add minced pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add lard and fry.
