  • (A) Noodle soup : 40ml
  • 油 : 1/2 tablespoon
  • (B) Cooking sake : 大さじ1/2
  • (B) Chinese kneaded stock : 小さじ1/2
  • (B) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/4
  • 輪切り唐辛子 : ひとつまみ
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) 材料の下準備をする 01:00

    にんにくを薄切りにする。
    水洗いしたニラの根元を切り落とし、3cm幅に切る。
    豚肉をキッチンバサミで一口大に切る。
    鍋に水(分量外)を入れて火にかける。

  2. 2) つゆを作る 03:30

    計量カップに(A)を入れて混ぜ、丼に注ぐ。

  3. 3) 炒める 04:47

    フライパンを強火にかけて、油を引く。
    豚肉とにんにくを入れて炒める。
    豚肉に8割火が通ったら、一旦火を止める。

  4. 4) 中華麺を茹でる 05:40

    1の鍋のお湯が沸騰したら中華麺を入れてよくほぐし、規定時間より1分長く茹でる。

  5. 5) 味付けする 06:20
