Ingredients

  • 牛乳 : 400ml
  • 砂糖 : 70g
  • (A) Water : 200ml
  • (A) Powdered agar : 6g
  • strawberry : Appropriate amount
  • みかん缶詰 : 適量
  • パイナップル缶詰 : 適量
  • 白桃缶詰 : 適量
  • キウイ : 1個

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the fruit 01:45

    Cut off the stems of the strawberries and cut them into 8 equal pieces.
    Cut off the stem of the kiwi, peel it, cut it into 4 lengthwise and cut it into 1cm pieces.
    Drain the canned pineapple and cut it into 8 to 12 pieces.
    Drain the canned white peaches and cut into 1cm pieces.
    Drain the canned mandarins.

  2. 2) 牛乳パックの準備をする 03:55

    牛乳パックの上部を切り落とし、中をよく洗う。
    内側を水で濡らす。

  3. 3) 生地を作る 04:20

    鍋に(A)を入れてよく混ぜる。
    粉寒天の塊が無くなったら、中火にかけて混ぜながら加熱する。
    沸騰したら弱火にし、混ぜながら2分加熱する。
    砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる。
    砂糖が溶けたら混ぜながら再沸騰させ、牛乳を半量加えてよく混ぜる。
    馴染んだら残りの牛乳を加えてよく混ぜる。
    鍋肌が沸々する程度に温めたら火を止める。
    1を全て加えて混ぜる。

  4. 4) 冷やす 07:00

    2に3をお玉で全て入れる。
    粗熱を取り、ラップをして冷蔵庫で2~3時間冷やしたら完成。

Point

・The amount shown is equivalent to one carton of milk.
・We use white sugar, but you can use any sugar you like.
- You can use any fruit you like, and it's best to use 400-500g in total.
・Although a milk carton is used as a mold, you can also use any container you like.
- Wetting the inside of the milk carton will make it easier for the agar to come off.
- Bring the milk to room temperature, or heat it in a 600W microwave for about 1 minute until it is lukewarm.
- Powdered agar will not dissolve unless heated, so be sure to heat it thoroughly after boiling.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
