- (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ1
- (A) water : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken stock base : ふたつまみ
- (A) sugar : 小さじ1/4
- (A) Vinegar : 小さじ1
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- 黒胡椒 : 少々

Prepare the enoki mushrooms

Cut the enoki mushrooms into 3cm lengths from the cap side.
Break the chunks of enoki mushrooms with your hands. -

Put enoki mushrooms in a frying pan and spread them all over.
Grill over high heat.
Align (A).
When the enoki mushrooms are browned, mix everything together.
Turn off the heat, add (A) and mix.
Add black pepper. -
