ズッキーニを並べ入れ、塩を振りかけて焼く。
焼き色がついたら裏返して焼き、両面に焼き色がついたら引き上げてお皿に盛る。 -

玉ねぎソースを作る

フライパンを中火にかけ、バターと玉ねぎを入れて軽く炒める。
軽く火が通ったら、濃口醬油を加えて混ぜたら火からおろす。 -
