Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:01

    トマトのヘタを取り、横半分に切る。
    トマトの切断面に塩(分量外)を少量、振っておく。
    ベーコンは、7~8㎜幅に切る。

  2. 2) ガーリックパン粉を作る 01:44

    ボウルに(A)を入れて、混ぜる。
    パン粉を加えて、混ぜ合わせる。

  3. 3) トースターで焼く 02:11

    天板にアルミホイルを敷いて、トマトを並べる。
    トマトの上にベーコンと、とろけるチーズをのせる。
    トースター(250度)で6分、加熱する。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 02:40

    3のチーズに焼き色が付いたら、2を上にのせてさらに3分加熱する。
    パン粉に焼き色が付いたら、完成。
