Point

・Potatoes can be eaten with their skins on, but since they have a strong aroma, it is better to remove the skins for potage.
・This time I used unadjusted soy milk.
・When making potage, use unadjusted soy milk to thicken it.
・If making with milk, add flour and butter kneaded together to thicken it.
・If it's not thick enough, break up the potatoes and boil them.
・If you want to add a salty taste to a dish that has a weak taste, it is better to add umami seasoning rather than salt.
