                            ・ Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator about 1 hour before starting work and bring it to room temperature.
・ When you put it in a storage bag and hit the cracker to crush it, open it a little because it will burst if it is completely sealed. You can also use a food processor.
・ The base may be cookies, but it is recommended that they are not too sweet.
 -By applying butter to the sides of the mold, the cooking paper is firmly fixed and it is easy to work.
