  • 酒 : 大さじ2
  • 塩 : 1つまみ
  • (A)Water : 小さじ2
  • (A) White soup stock : 大さじ1/2
  • いりごま : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the shirataki mushrooms 00:39

    Wash the shirataki under running water and drain.
    Cut the shirataki into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
    Add the cut shirataki mushrooms and sugar to a bowl, mix and let stand for about 5 minutes.
    Drain the shirataki mushrooms.

    フライパンを中火にかけ油(分量外)を加える。
    フライパンに1のしらたきと3の酒と塩を加え炒める。
    火を止めフライパンに2の明太子を加え和える。
    2の(A)をフライパンに加え混ぜ合わせる。
    いりごまを振りかける。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 06:55

    お皿にのせて完成。

Point

・Use Shirata that does not require removal of dirt.
・Adding sugar to shirataki removes the odor along with excess water.
・Do not wash the shirataki after letting it sit for about 5 minutes, as it will take time to stir-fry if you wash it under running water.
・When frying the shirataki, thoroughly remove the water. (The sound will change after frying for about 5 minutes.)
・When adding roasted sesame seeds, mash them with your hands.
・You can also sprinkle chopped seaweed on top.
