  • Somen : 1 serving
  • 豚小間切れ肉 : 80~100g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • 万能ネギ : 適量
  • 高菜 : 適量
  • 水 : 250cc
  • カレールー : 2かけら
  • 一味唐辛子 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) make preparations 01:02

    Slice the onion thinly.
    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat a frying pan, add oil, and stir-fry the pork.
    Add onions and fry some more.

    Add curry roux and heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

    鍋でお湯(分量外)を沸かし、素麺を硬めに茹でる。
    ザルに切り、流水で冷やす。
    水分をしっかり切る。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 06:34

    器に素麺を盛り付け、2のカレーと万能ネギをかける。
    高菜を添えて、一味唐辛子をかけて完成。

Point

-Slice the onions as thinly as possible.
・It's best to cut the pork with kitchen scissors as it won't stain the cutting board.
・When adding the curry roux in step 2, reduce the heat to very low or turn it off completely.
・If you don't drain the somen properly, it will become watery and affect the taste.
