- Chicken thigh : 500g

Cut the peeled potatoes into 3mm pieces.
Place in a bowl filled with water (not listed) and soak for 5 minutes.

Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares. -

Point
- Quantity is for 2 adults and 1 child over 3 years old.
・If you only have children over 3 years old, you can make enough for 10 people.
・Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces (about 20g).
・You can tear the cabbage and use it.
・The vegetables will become softer, so you may want to cut them into larger pieces.
・When adding the seasonings in (A) in step 2, if the ingredients seem to be burning, you can turn off the heat.
- Fry in a frying pan and serve as is.
・I use a 26cm frying pan.
・If you are not using a frying pan for children, put the ingredients in step 2 on a cocotte or aluminum foil, top with pizza cheese, and bake for about 5 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees or in a toaster.
