- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- (A) Dashi base : 小さじ1/2
- 醤油(うどん用) : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

Thaw frozen udon noodles

Place frozen udon noodles in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Place the udon noodles in a colander, rinse with cold water, and drain. -

Wash the small onions, lightly drain the water, and cut off the roots.
Remove the short leaves from the forked part and cut off the bottom of the forked part.
Wrap the remaining small onions in plastic wrap, place in a heat-resistant container, and heat in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.
Remove from plastic wrap and wipe dry with kitchen paper.
Cut the removed short green onion leaves into small pieces.
Cut the bottom part of the fork into 3cm pieces. -

Cut an umbrella with a long center section in half.
Trim off the base of the stem and cut into long thin slices. -

・Enter the amount for 2 pieces.
・Use thick fried tofu. If you want to thoroughly remove the oil, heat it in boiling water for 1 to 2 minutes.
・You can replace the small onion with chives, or use octopus thread or toothpicks.
・Adding shiitake mushrooms adds flavor. You can also add your favorite ingredients that cook easily.
