  • frozen udon : 1 ball
  • 油揚げ : 2枚

  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Dashi base : 小さじ1/2
  • 醤油(うどん用) : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Thaw frozen udon noodles 01:40

    Place frozen udon noodles in a heat-resistant container and cover lightly with plastic wrap.
    Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
    Place the udon noodles in a colander, rinse with cold water, and drain.
