 - (A)Mirin : 大さじ1
 - (A) Mentsuyu : 大さじ1/2
 - (A)Consommé : 小さじ1
 - (A) Salt and pepper : 少々
 - (A) Ginger : 小さじ1
 - (A) Garlic : 小さじ1
 - 米粉 : 適量
 - 片栗粉 : 適量
 - 米油 : 適量

Procedure
-

                        make pickled sauce

Put (A) into a bag and massage to dissolve.

Wash the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
Cut into 0.5mm width pieces with the skin on.
