- sticky rice flour : 140g
- 卵 : 1個(46g)
- 牛乳 : 100g
- 食用油 : 20g
- 砂糖 : 20g

Pour the milk into a container and mix with a whisk.
Add sugar and mix.
Crack in the eggs and mix.
Add the glutinous rice flour and mix with a rubber spatula.
Place in a piping bag. -

Pipe the dough into a 4cm circle on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Squeeze to draw rabbit ears.
Wet your hands and flatten the dough.
Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. -

Complete by drawing a face on the cookie with an edible pen (not included).
Point
・A cookie recipe made with glutinous rice flour instead of wheat flour.
・If the dough is too moist after adding glutinous rice flour, add more glutinous rice flour to adjust.
・Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
・In the video, I used an edible pen (not included in the instructions) to draw a face on the cookie as a finishing touch, but that's your preference.
