- 切り餅 : 1個
- (A)みりん : 大さじ3
- (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2

Add water (not listed) to the rice cooker, less than the 2-cup line, and mix.
Add the sweet potato and cut mochi. -

Take out the sweet potato from step 2 and mix it so that the cut mochi is mixed in.
Add the sweet potato back in and mix while breaking it up.
Sprinkle salt to adjust the taste and it's done.
Point
・A recipe for sweet potato okowa that can be easily made by simply adding sweet potato and cut mochi to the rice and cooking.
・Amount for 2 cups.
・Wash the rice in advance.
- If you find it difficult, you can mix the sweet potatoes without taking them out during step 2, but if you mix them with the cut mochi, the sweet potatoes will become smaller.
