Ingredients
- sweet potato : 300g
- 無塩バター : 15g
- 砂糖 : 大さじ4
- 水 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 塩 : ひとつまみ

Cut off both ends of the sweet potato and cut into cubes.
Place in a bowl filled with water (not listed), mix gently, and leave to soak for about 3 minutes.
Drain the water, cover with plastic wrap, and poke holes in the wrap in several places with a toothpick.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.
Remove the plastic wrap and mix in the sweet potatoes.
Cover again with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.
Drain the sweet potatoes in a colander. -

Put butter in a frying pan and heat it.
When half of the butter has melted, add 1 and stir.
Grill the sweet potatoes without moving them until they are browned.
Roast the sweet potatoes, turning them with a rubber spatula.
Remove the sweet potatoes from the frying pan. -

Put sugar in a frying pan and add water on top of the sugar.
Set the frying pan to medium heat and heat for about 1 minute, stirring with a rubber spatula.
Add 2 and salt and bake while stirring.
Once the sweet potatoes are coated with sugar, turn off the heat and stir until the sugar crystallizes. -

Point
・300g of sweet potato with skin on.
・If you don't want to use the sweet potato skin, you can peel it and use it.
- When substituting salted butter for unsalted butter, do not use salt.
