Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk.
Add (A) and mix.
Add (B) and mix thoroughly. -

Add a thin layer of oil (not included in the recipe) to a frying pan and place over medium heat. Once hot, add the steamed buns.
Cook for 40 seconds to 1 minute, then flip when golden brown.
When both sides are browned it's done.
Point
・The amount shown is for one 950ml Tupperware container.
・Use a microwave-safe Tupperware container that holds 900ml or more.
・We recommend using plastic containers as they catch fire easily.
・Soy milk can be substituted with milk.
-Sweetened yogurt is used.
・If the yogurt has released liquid, mix it well before measuring.
・You can use plastic wrap instead of cooking paper.
- Heating time varies depending on the model of microwave and the material of the container, so if the food is undercooked, check the condition and add 30 seconds at a time.
-When frying in a frying pan, you can add butter to the fish and let it melt and soak in if desired.
