- (A)カレー粉 : 小さじ1/3

Cut the sweet potato into cubes with a knife.
Place sweet potatoes and water in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 6 minutes.
Place the sweet potatoes in a bowl and remove from heat. -
