Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, then put the whites in a meringue container and the yolks in a bowl.
Beat the egg yolks with a whisk.
Add sugar and mix.
Add milk and mix.
Sift in the flour and mix.
Make meringue with egg whites.
Add a small amount of meringue to the batter and mix.
Add the remaining meringue and mix with a rubber spatula. -

Pour half of the batter into the mold.
Rotate the mold and add the remaining batter.
Mix the batter and drop the mold several times.
Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. -

Point
・Chiffon cake recipe that can be made with 4 ingredients.
・Do not use butter or baking powder.
・A 12cm mold is used.
