Ingredients

  • Tofu : 1 gun
  • ごま油 : 適量
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • (A)Water : 100ml
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (A)Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • かつお節 : 1パック(4g)
  • Sesame oil (for sprinkling) : 適量
  • ごま油(焼き用) : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) drain tofu 01:23

    Cut the tofu in half and cut into 2-3cm thick pieces.
    Arrange the tofu on kitchen paper, cover with kitchen paper and let stand for 5 minutes.

    混ぜて一煮立ちさせる。
    かつお節を入れる。

    4に5をかける。
    大根おろし(分量外)、青ネギ(分量外)、生姜(分量外)を添えて完成。

Point

・Amount for 2 people.
・Tofu can be made with either silk or firm tofu, but silk tofu tends to fall apart easily.
・You can substitute other oils for sesame oil.
