Ingredients

- ピーマン : 30g
- 鶏もも肉 : 90g
- frozen rice : 200g
- butter : 10g
- 塩胡椒 : 適量
- (A) Ketchup : 大さじ1
- (A) Worcestershire sauce : 2 teaspoons
- (A)Oyster sauce : 小さじ1と1/2
- (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り
- カレー粉 : 小さじ1と1/2
- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- 卵 : 1個
- パセリ : 適量
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Roughly chop the onions and peppers.
Cut the chicken thighs into 1cm cubes.
Heat frozen rice in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. -

Put the butter in a frying pan and melt it over heat.
Add the chicken thighs sprinkled with salt and pepper and stir-fry.
Add onions and peppers and stir-fry.
Add (A) and stir-fry.
Add warmed frozen rice and stir-fry.
Add curry powder and stir.
Add salt and fry. -

Arrange 2 on a plate.
Crack the eggs into a frying pan, add a small amount of water (not listed), cover, and make fried eggs.
Place on top of dry curry.
Finished with parsley and black pepper.
Point
・I used chicken thighs, but you can use any meat of your choice.
・We use both the seeds and the stems of the green peppers, but you can remove them if you are concerned.
-If you don't have Worcestershire sauce, you can use Nakano sauce.
-If you don't have oyster sauce, add a little soy sauce and a little sugar.
・You can adjust the salt to your liking.
・You can also top it off with Tabasco.
