Cut the carrots into chunks.
Peel the onion and cut into pieces.
Peel the potatoes, remove the sprouts, and cut into chunks.
Peel the garlic, crush it in a jar, and roughly chop.
Cut the chicken thighs into small pieces.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken thighs. -
