  • (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
  • 白ごま : 大さじ1/2
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

    Peel the yam and cut into 1cm half-moon slices.

    長芋に大葉を巻き付ける。

    フライパンにサラダ油を引いて、中火にかける。
    2の巻き終わりを下にして並べ、約2分30秒焼く。
    焼き色がついたら裏返し、裏面も焼き色がついたら再度裏返す。
    3を回し入れ、白ごまを加える。
    フライパンを揺すりながら煮絡める。
    タレにとろみがついたら完成。
