Add vinegar to boiling water in a pot and boil shirataki.
Once it boils, transfer the shirataki to a colander and drain. -

Add (A) and boil over medium heat.

・Use pork belly. If you don't like fatty meat, you can use loin meat.
・Use firm tofu.
・Cut the shirataki to your desired length using cooking scissors.
