- (A) Minced pork : 80g
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1
- 厚揚げ : 2枚
- (B) Soy milk : 200ml
- (B) Water : 200ml
- (B) Chicken soup base : 小さじ2
- 味噌 : 小さじ2
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- すりごま : 大さじ1
- ラー油 : 適量
- 刻み小ネギ : 適量

Procedure

Prepare the bean sprouts

Open the bag of bean sprouts, cut off the bottom of the bag, and rinse with water.
Rub it from the top of the bag and fold it into small pieces. -
