Ingredients

  • プレーンヨーグルト : 200g
  • 牛乳 : 200g
  • 砂糖 : 50g
  • 粉ゼラチン : 5g
  • 水 : 大さじ2

Procedure

  1. 1) 粉ゼラチンをふやかす 01:30

    水を入れた器に粉ゼラチンを加えて混ぜ、ふやかす。

  2. 2) 牛乳を温める 01:40

    耐熱ボウルに牛乳約100mlを入れて、500wの電子レンジで1分~30秒加熱する。
    1と砂糖を加えて溶かす。

  3. 3) シャーべット液を作る 02:37

    フリーザーバックの中にヨーグルトと残りの牛乳を入れ、空気を入れて口を閉じ、振り混ぜて撹拌する。
    2にヨーグルト液を少量ずつ加えて混ぜ、人肌程度まで冷ます。
    ゼラチン液を全てフリーザーバックに移し、空気を入れて口を閉じ、振り混ぜて撹拌する。
    空気が入ったまま、口を輪ゴムで縛って冷凍庫に入れて凍らせたら完成。

Point

-Large freezer bags are used.
- By adding powdered gelatin, you can make a sorbet that does not dissolve easily.
- When heating milk, if it starts to boil over, turn off the microwave.
- After placing it in the freezer, knead the lump with your hands every hour to make a soft, smooth sorbet.
- Time required to freeze in the freezer is not included.
