Ingredients

  • 大根 : 1本(700~800g)
  • 塩 : 大さじ2
  • 水 : 100ml
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ2
  • (A)酢 : 大さじ2
  • (A)砂糖 : 60g

Procedure

  1. 1) 大根の下処理をする 00:15
