- 豚バラ肉 : 150g

- (A)酒 : 大さじ4
- (A)水 : 300cc
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1/2
- 粉からし : 適量
- 酢 : 1滴
- ラーメンスープ : 大さじ1
- (B)酒 : 適量
- (B)片栗粉 : 適量
- かた焼きそば : 適量
- Green onions : 適量
- 紅生姜 : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量

具材の下準備をする

Remove the seeds and membrane from the winter melon, peel the skin, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the onion into thin slices.
Slice the ginger into thin slices.
Cut the carrot into thin pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -
